More than one voice, a missing address, a lender letter, and a fair comment.
Read the lender partThen we still run one check first. You tell us which sentence is blocking the next decision, and that role wins the first week of work. A lender's deadline beats a vague worry. A notice with a date beats a mood. If nothing has a date, the buyer month or the filed year is usually the one that unlocks the others, because both of them force the bank and the books to meet.
We will name the order out loud before any month is touched. You can change the order. What we will not do is open all four checks on the same day and call that a plan.
No. The role and the sentence are enough. A reply you can send them, if you want one, is a short note in your own words. It can say you heard them, name the check you are running, and give a date you will look again. It does not need their email, and it does not need us on the thread.
If you want help drafting that note, paste the sentence they used and say which check you chose. We will hand the note back to you. We will not send it.
No. Read the letter for the verb. If it asks for statements that tie to the bank, that is a list and a tie-out. We can build that. If it asks for an audit, a review, or a compilation, that is a signature this practice does not make. The first conversation says so. A tie-out and an assuring signature get confused because both arrive in a letter, and only one of them is a close.
A check that never cleared, or a deposit that was really you funding the company, will show up in that tie-out. We leave both visible. A letter that wanted comfort will not get comfort from a hidden plug.
Yes. Agreement is allowed on the about page and it is allowed here. Bring the sentence you think they got right. We will run that check and skip the argument. The work is the books, the notice, the receipt, and the deadline, not a verdict on the person who cares about you or files beside you.
Name the role and the question. We answer that one before we open a second check.
